Workspaces
A workspace is a shared space for a team, a DAO or a project, with a role for each person in it.
Your personal workspace
Everyone gets a personal workspace the first time they sign in. It can be renamed but not deleted — you always have somewhere of your own. Manage your workspaces under Settings → Workspaces, from the account menu at the top right of the app.
Roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including deleting the workspace. Each workspace has exactly one. |
| Admin | Rename the workspace, invite people, change roles and remove members. |
| Member | Work in the workspace. |
| Viewer | See the workspace without changing it. |
Inviting people
Open Settings → Workspaces
Pick the workspace you want to invite people to.Invite by email
Enter their email address and choose Admin, Member or Viewer. They don't need an account yet.They sign in
The invitation becomes a membership the first time they sign in with that email address.
Admins and the owner can change a member's role or remove them at any time.
What workspaces cover today
Workspaces organise who is on your team and what role they have. The files you upload belong to your own account. Shared team collections and token-gated sharing are coming soon.
